Chemical exfoliator are two types AHA and BHA, even that sounds very intense and specially when we talk about acids but actually are a lot gentler and more efficient and reactive at removing dead skin cells without physically rubbing or like scrubbing.

Because actually these chemicals are naturally derived a lot of time like AHA, but you need to know two things; there basically there to unstuck the glue that holds dead skin together which is what causes breakouts and clogged pores and it helps also to increase the cell generation.

AHA (alpha hydroxyl acid):

It’s actually derived from natural substances like sugar cane or apples or fruits or, and because is natural derived it’s suitable for all skin types and gentle enough for everyone to uses.

AHA is water soluble which means it can’t penetrate into pores as deep as its paternal twin the BHA , resurface the texture of the skin and even out the skin  and brightening because it sheds the outermost top layer of dead skin, it naturally does brighten.

AHA on skin helps with nourish, helps also to unstuck unglue of the old dead skin. There are many types of AHA for example glycolic acid, lactic acid, mandelic acid and malic acid.

The AHA also could incorporate to serums, toners, and creams to make amazing AHA toner and AHA serum and AHA creams that help the skin.

 BHA (beta  hydroxyl acid):

And BHAs they are beta  hydroxyl acids, the main one is salicylic acid and helps really good with acne, is also oil soluble which allowed him to penetrate deeper into your pores and break down the sebum that’s causing inflammation and breakouts and hormonal acne it’s the only thing that actually helps with the pores, it can dissolve the sebum that’s clogging the pores and it’s also anti-inflammatory.

AHA and BHA work in different ways and they could be used together.
